This was a young patient who was going to be going away to college. She complained that her labia’s were too large and that they were embarrassing to her. She was concerned about being made fun of  in college. She had removal of the excess prepuce tissue, and also had the edge preserving procedure, where the upper edges of her labia were used to become the entire labia. The after picture is shortly after surgery so it was still a little swollen, and all suture lines are hidden. She was extremely happy with the results and thought that she now had a normal looking vaginal appearance.
