This patient decided that she would prefer to have the edge removing procedure done. Removal of the excess pleats of the upper labia’s giving a ‘bridge of the nose’ appearance. As is very important we still preserved a small labial intrusion for both her safety and appearance. The patient was very happy with the results, but this was a different type of procedure which is exactly what the patient chose to have.
