Deerfield Beach, FL – Developer of the mini labiaplasty Dr. Mark Scheinberg was invited to speak at the First Annual International Cosmetology and Cosmetic Gynecology Congress.

The event was held at the Grand Cevahir Hotel in Instanbul, Turkey in April 2011.  The Congress drew 384 attendees from 17 countries.
Dr. Scheinberg actually gave five lectures about various cosmetic vaginal surgery techniques.  The speech that garnered the most interest was the one in which Dr. Scheinberg described how he restructured his practice to avoid deceptive and unethical practices in line with the guidelines of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
