Women complain that their labia get pinched during sex or exercise. Some are embarrassed and self-conscious about how they look while others complain of a decreased sensation from excess skin.

Designer Laser Labiaplasty and vulvoplasty is the aesthetic surgical correction and enhancement of the genital structures: labia minora, labia majora, clitoral hood, mons pubis, perineum, prepuce, and hymen. The five areas that need to be discussed between you and your surgeon to achieve the aesthetic look you want are

1. Contour – the shape needs to be smooth and pleasing

Although, each patient is unique and surgery is designed to meet individual specifications, the most common procedures are as follows:

  • Laser reduction Labiaplasty can sculpture the elongated or unequal labia minora (small inner lips) ccording to one’s preferences. Most women tell us that they do not want to small inner lips o projects beyond the large outer lips.
  • Reduction of excess prepuce (excess skin along the sides of the clitoris). This helps provide the true Playboy aesthetic look. Women tell us that they want the skin to drape neatly over the clitoris. The reduction of the excess prepuce provides the desired aesthetic enhancements of the clitoral skin. The majority of women having the Mark V. or laser reduction labiaplasty need the reduction of excess prepuce for a complete aesthetic result.
  • Labiaplasty of labia majora (outer lips). We can enhance the sagging labia majora (large out lips) providing a more youthful and aesthetically appealing vulva.
  • Augmentation Labioplasty (Labiaplasty) can provide aesthetically enhanced and youthful labia majora by autologous fat transplant (removal of the patient’s fat via liposculpturing and transplanting it into the labia majora).
  • Mons & Vulvar Liposuction can remove unwanted fat of the mons pubis and upper parts of the labia majora. Liposculpturing can alleviate the unsightly fatty bulges of this area and produce an aesthetically pleasing contour.
